Aepnus Technology is dedicated to the electrification and decarbonization of the manufacturing process of several commonly used chemicals. In simpler terms, our mission is to create technology that utilizes electricity, preferably from renewable sources, to synthesize chemicals using a process known as electrolysis. Currently, our primary objective is to focus on the electrolytic conversion of sulfate salts into metal hydroxides (caustic), as well as concentrated sulfuric acid. This application is especially relevant in the realms of lithium mining, lithium battery recycling, and Cathode Active Materials (CAM) processing.
