Operations Manager, Europe

(English & German speaking, French preferred)

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal Europe is looking for a highly capable Operations Manager to build, own, and scale the operational backbone of Aeroseal’s European business. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our partners.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role responsible for ensuring Aeroseal Europe operates compliantly, predictably, and efficiently across multiple countries. You will own European governance, compliance, operational cadence, and performance infrastructure - enabling commercial and technical teams to scale without friction or risk.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics. You will support new country launches, design repeatable operating processes, establish performance management frameworks, and provide high-quality data and insight to European leadership and the board.

Reporting directly to the Director of Aeroseal Europe, this role is critical to turning Aeroseal Europe from a collection of regions into a well-governed, scalable European platform.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-7 years of consulting or operations background with demonstrated ability to move from analysis to execution

• Proven experience scaling a business across multiple European countries, ideally in a high-growth B2B, technology, or industrial context

• Strong understanding of European operating complexity, including multi-country compliance, governance, and cross-border operations

• Logical, organized, execution-focused operator with the ability to manage multiple partners, markets, and priorities simultaneously

• High data literacy, with confidence in structuring, analyzing, and presenting data; experience with SQL and/or Python is a plus

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills

• Fluent in English and German. French is preferable

• EU citizenship or permanent work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available)

• Remote role, Europe-based, with approximately 20% travel across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own end-to-end European operational readiness, supporting country setup and market entry across compliance, insurance, certifications, banking, invoicing etc.

• Own the European governance and compliance calendar, ensuring timely and accurate filings, renewals, audits, insurance coverage, statutory obligations, and board requirements across all operating countries

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable operational processes that reduce friction, improve consistency, and support rapid expansion across multiple European markets

• Build and administer the partner and business performance management framework across Aeroseal and AeroBarrier, working closely with Channel Success Managers and the Director of Europe

• Own European data collection, structure, and integrity, supporting pipeline tracking, forecasting, performance analysis, and operational reporting across markets

• Prepare high-quality analysis and materials for board meetings, executive reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), ensuring leadership has clear, decision-ready insight

• Establish a predictable operating cadence across Europe, including reporting rhythms, performance reviews, governance checkpoints, and decision forums

• Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives including operating model evolution, pricing frameworks, market entry decisions, events, and cross-functional projects as required

• Manage day to day relationships with third party providers

• Capture and deliver structured market, competitive, and partner feedback to Aeroseal Europe’s leadership team

SUCCESS METRICS:

• A repeatable, low-friction country launch process - documented and actively used for new market entries

• Partner and business performance dashboards are live, accurate, and actively used by European leadership

• A predictable operating cadence is embedded across Europe, including QBRs, reporting, governance reviews, and decision-making groups

• Compliant European entities and markets, with no missed filings, lapses, or governance failures

• Partner engagement and retention

The estimated base salary range for this role is EUR 65,000–75,000, plus a discretionary bonus target of 10%. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and country of employment, in line with local market practices.
