Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical architecture, with a strong emphasis on ServiceMax and Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying ServiceMax solutions, including custom workflows and integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of field service management processes and cloud-based architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
