Field Service Site Supervisor - Data Centre

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Site Supervisor to lead service and maintenance activities across mission-critical data center environments.
In this hands-on role, you will supervise technicians and subcontractors, manage HVAC controls and BMS maintenance activities, respond to critical incidents, and act as the key customer contact on site. Your focus will be ensuring system reliability, uptime, safety, and exceptional service delivery.
This position will be based in Eskilstuna, Sweden, with responsibility for supporting customer sites across Västerås, Eskilstuna, and Norrköping. Travel between these locations will be required as part of the role,
Key Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of HVAC controls and BMS systems.
- Coordinate field technicians and service partners across multiple sites.
- Manage critical alarms and incident response activities.
- Ensure delivery of planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
- Monitor system performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with data center procedures, SLAs, and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers and site stakeholders.
What we look for:
We're looking for a service-focused leader who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in HVAC controls, BMS, building automation, or field service environments.
- Proven experience in fault finding, maintenance, and troubleshooting on live operational sites.
- Experience leading technicians and coordinating multiple service activities.
- Strong communication, organisational, and customer relationship skills.
- Driving licence
- Experience within data centres or other mission-critical environments.
- Knowledge of BMS, HVAC controls, and cooling infrastructure.
- Experience with incident response, root cause analysis, and system optimisation.
