Join us as an EHS Manager and play a key role in shaping a Zero Harm culture across multiple sites and projects in Germany. You’ll partner with leaders and teams to drive safety excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver meaningful environmental impact in a dynamic, field-based environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and continuously improve EHS programs across multiple sites for Controls
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Identify risks, conduct assessments, and implement preventive measures
  • Drive incident investigations and identify root causes
  • Function as a trusted advisor to leadership and operational teams
  • Develop and deliver training and awareness programs
  • Lead audits, inspections, and interactions with authorities
  • Promote a strong safety-first and sustainability mindset
  • Monitor KPIs and present insights to senior stakeholders
  • Main contact person for Workers Council

What we look for

Required Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical discipline. Qualification as a German Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa), or the ability to obtain this qualification, with relevant experience in EHS compliance, risk management, and occupational safety management systems.
  • Previous EHS experience in field-based environments
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
  • Experience in industrial, construction, or technical environments
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel in Germany
