- Strong work ethic and willingness to go beyond basic expectations when required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical products simply
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment

- Professional, transparent, and accountable
- Comfortable working autonomously while staying aligned with leadership
Experience:
- 0–3 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role

- Exposure to B2B or hardware sales
- Background in renewables, solar, or clean-tech
- Technical or engineering-related education
What we offer
- Purpose-driven work with real social and environmental impact

- Growth potential: rapid learning and progression in a scaling business
- Close exposure to senior leadership and real projects
Location: Preferably London-based, but UK-wide candidates considered
Eligibility: Must be authorised to work in the UK
If you’re excited by clean energy, social impact, and building something meaningful early in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
