Assist with the development of electrical and electro-mechanical designs for Amber Kinetics’ flywheel energy storage systems. Assist in full lifecycle design, development, testing and field support of power conversion, control and instrumentation hardware for flywheel systems. Design, modeling and drawing of flywheel components. Gather engineering data to determine design decisions and conduct tests and experiments. Provide troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and propose corrective action. Effect, prototype and validate design changes. Generate ECO’s in the change system. Create and modify design specifications, procedures and documentation. Provide documentation and guidance to production manufacturing.

Minimum requirement: MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Science.
