What You’ll Be Doing:
Amogy’s Strategy Team is seeking a Business Strategy Analysis Intern that will work at the intersection of market research, finance and emerging energy technologies. Reporting to the Strategy and Business Development Manager, the position is well-suited for candidates with a background in business or engineering. This position is temporary, with an approximate duration of 2 months in the winter of 2023.

Reporting to the Strategy and Business Development Manager, the position is well-suited for candidates with a background in business or engineering. This position is temporary, with an approximate duration of 2 months in the winter of 2023.
- Assist senior Strategy members with various techno-economic models and financial models that support the commercialization and fundraising activities.
- Conduct market research and industry intelligence to map key companies, size market segments, and identify advantaged business models, especially in the heavy-duty industries
- Ad hoc research project such as carbon monetization and country decarbonization initiatives.
Minimum qualifications we seek:
- Familiarity with quantitative models and analysis to inform investment and/or business decisions. Experience in market sizing and competitor analysis
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit with high tolerance for ambiguity and enthusiasm for energy transition. Great attention to details.
- BA/BS degree candidate in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or other discipline with relevant experience, MBA or MS is preferred but not required
- Subject matter expertise in energy transition, mobility propulsion technologies, and decarbonization is preferred
