What You’ll Be Doing:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support office logistics in our Brooklyn office location and to support our Executive and Director level technical team. This individual will be responsible for supporting all administrative duties for the office, managing schedules, booking travel, allocating expenses, and overall coordination of the CTO and Director level managers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support office logistics in our Brooklyn office location and to support our Executive and Director level technical team. This individual will be responsible for supporting all administrative duties for the office, managing schedules, booking travel, allocating expenses, and overall coordination of the CTO and Director level managers.
- Own the day-to-day schedule of the CTO and director/senior technical leadership
- Support employee engagement and be a culture ambassador; serve as a positive and welcoming presence as the first point of contact for all employees and visitors
- Maintain a full-time presence in the office (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm), making yourself available for immediate assistance and fostering a sense of community among employees
- Oversee and support all administrative and operational duties of the office
- Assist in developing office policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process and office management improvements, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Manage storage, stock and inventory of office supplies, break room, and other office equipment as needed
- Travel to demonstration site to support technical team if needed
- Coordinate office maintenance and enforcing a high standard of cleanliness and organization
- Welcome guests and support tours when required
- Coordinate logistics for all on-site guests and employees, including, but not limited to, building access, mail, and package shipping/receiving, etc.
- Process mail, checks, faxes, and sensitive information on behalf of the Amogy team in a timely manner
- Assist with office seating and moves
- Support administrative initiatives as necessary, including scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, and support catering needs
- Organize and execute company-sponsored events, including planning happy hours and bi-weekly company lunches
The minimum requirements we seek:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- 5+ year of professional experience in an office settingPreferred background in hospitality, office management, or events
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to foster a positive culture and engage employees
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations preferred
- Capable of wearing multiple hats and adapting to the evolving needs of a fast-paced start-up
