What You’ll Be Doing

Amogy is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Finance team. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of executing the company’s finance and corporate planning strategy to support our commercialization efforts. Additionally this role will work closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's short/medium/long term strategic and financial plan, as well as manage the company burn.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to help establish a forecasting and budgeting process
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and year-end analysis and commentary versus budget, by department in order to help us better understand business performance
• Lead any ad-hoc analysis necessary in order to make strong financial business decisions, as the company continues to expand
• Manage and create predictability in our financial performance
• Establish operational and financial metrics, benchmarks, and budgets, as well as the reporting standards for these items
• Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare and consolidate our financial models for investors
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and quantify the impact on the company forecast
• Oversee and manage one direct report
  
  

Requirements

Minimum requirements we seek:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, and/or Budgeting
• Advanced Excel modeling experience
• Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables under tight deadlines
