We are seeking a technically capable and commercially minded professional to support the deployment of its ammonia-to-hydrogen and ammonia-to-power technologies across the Asia Pacific region.

The Technical Solutions Manager will serve as the primary technical interface for customers and partners throughout project scoping, evaluation, and development. This role will lead technical due diligence, feasibility studies, solution development, and project commercialization efforts while working closely with Amogy's Business Development, Engineering, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Solutions & Customer Engagement

• Technical Solutions & Customer Engagement
• Lead technical evaluation of customer opportunities and identify viable deployment pathways
• Develop preliminary system concepts, technical scopes, and deployment assumptions
• Support techno-economic assessments, feasibility studies, and business case development
• Evaluate customer site requirements, utility interfaces, and operational constraints
• Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering and product inputs
• Serve as a technical representative during customer and partner engagements
• Lead technical presentations, workshops, and product introductions
• Develop and support technical proposals, budgetary estimates, and customer-facing deliverables
• Develop trusted relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders
• Support development of technical proposals and budgetary estimates
• Contribute to customer responses, technical questionnaires, and RFIs/RFPs

Market Development

• Monitor developments in Asian hydrogen and ammonia markets
• Identify and support the development of new business opportunities
• Track policy, regulation, and industry developments relevant to Amogy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. A master's degree or above is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese. Other Asian language capabilities are considered a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical sales, applications engineering, project development, or customer-facing engineering roles within the energy, chemicals, industrial equipment, or EPC industries
• Experience interacting with customers to provide product recommendations and technical support throughout the sales process
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Strong organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Asia Pacific to support customers and business development activities
• Based in Singapore with authorization to work in Singapore

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hydrogen, ammonia, LNG, industrial gases, power generation, boilers, or related technologies
• Experience conducting feasibility studies, techno-economic assessments, or project development activities
• Familiarity with technical documentation such as PFDs, P&IDs, SLDs, equipment datasheets, and General Arrangement (GA) drawings
• Experience working with utilities, EPCs, engineering firms, industrial customers, trading companies, or project developers
• Familiarity with energy regulations, permitting processes, and government incentive programs
• Experience working in a startup or international business environment
