Position Summary
As the Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining document transmittals, records, and systems for Antora’s first commercial scale projects. You will ensure all involved parties across Antora, Antora’s customers, Antora’s supply chain partners, EPC partners, project financiers, insurers, and authorities-having-jurisdiction receive accurate and timely project documentation spanning across equipment specifications & drawings and issued-for-review/bid/construction packages.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement document control procedures for Antora’s commercial projects.
- Manage the distribution and tracking of all project documentation.
- Process and maintain revision history of supplier, vendor, and sub-contractor drawings, documents, and data.
- Perform project document control activities such as ECN (Engineering Change Notice), managing the distribution matrix for release and control of project and vendor documentation, initiating, monitoring and logging squad checks.
- Ensure all documents are accurately stored and easily accessible to relevant parties.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and receipt of documentation.
- Maintain a comprehensive document control system that supports project needs.
- Manage RFIs, Submittals, Payment Applications, Change Order Processing, etc using web-based Construction/Engineering Management Information Systems.
- Regularly review and update document control processes to improve efficiency.
- Train team members and external partners on document control systems and procedures.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in document control, preferably within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry.
- Proficiency in document control software and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Additional Qualifications Desired
- Experience with setting up new document control tools and processes.
- Certification in document control or project management.
- Familiarity with project management software.
Work Location: Onsite - San Jose, CA
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
Salary Basis: Hourly

The actual salary offered will be within the posted range and determined based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experiences, credentials and expertise, as they pertain to the position's requirements.
