Antora Energy

Antora Energy

San Jose, CA, USA
Posted on Friday, June 7, 2024

At Antora, we’re on a mission to stop climate change. And we can’t do that unless we tackle the 30% of global emissions that come from industry.

Antora is unlocking zero-emissions industrial energy, cheaper than fossil fuels. Antora’s thermal batteries store energy from renewables as heat for days on end, delivering that stored energy as heat and power at the scale and temperatures that large industrial operations demand. We’re on a path to eliminate gigatons of emissions while strengthening domestic manufacturing, curbing industrial air pollution, and enhancing America’s clean energy leadership.

We are growing our company with people who put team and mission first, value connection through laughter and joy, and build with humility and openness. We are committed to continue building a diverse, passionate, and creative team dedicated to a future where every industrial facility, everywhere on earth, is powered by abundant, low-cost, zero-emissions energy.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional in at least one of the elements of Environmental, Health, or Safety and have a passion to be an expert in all three. You are someone who isn’t afraid of getting your hands dirty, be it by literally working side by side with the people that make Antora the amazing company it is…, or by putting in the time to build the systems and processes that underlie the best EH&S culture you can imagine. You are not afraid of doing what needs to be done: Antora is a new company who is going to change the world and it matters how we do it.

This role is a unique opportunity for someone wanting to be involved in developing an EH&S culture from the ground up. The role will be an essential partner to Antora’s Head of EH&S to create and build upon all aspects of environmental, health and safety programs.

This role is not destined to address just one or two of these topics; the ideal candidate wants to potentially learn about all of these, support several more, and definitely master as many as possible. We are changing the world and need people who are willing to lean in to help us achieve our Mission in a way that aligns with our values
