Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.

About the role

  • Implement and improve employee performance tracker process and assist in establishing performance goals and in conducting performance reviews and development plans.
  • Identify training needs across leadership development and help design relevant training programs.
  • Coordinate professional development opportunities for employees, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and assist in people matters in acquisitions, audits, and compliance filings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases in HRIS and generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees and ensure proper offboarding procedures are followed.
  • Execute bi-annual reorg and succession planning, and conduct manager performance evaluation and provide feedback to help develop improvement plans.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology, or foreign equivalent
  • 18 months of experience in a human resources or people operations position for a technology company
  • 1 year of experience using WorkRamp Learning Management System, Rippling HRIS, SapplingHR, Gusto, Slack, Asana, Jira, and Microsoft Suite

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year USD annually.
