What we’re building

Our vision is to electrify all waterborne vessels, and we're starting with electric water sport boats.

Gas boats dominate today’s marine industry not because of great product offerings but because of a lack of better alternatives. Boaters have grown accustomed to vehicles that feel stuck in the 1980s: unreliable, expensive, loud, noxious, and a nightmare to own and operate. They’re also awful for the water and air they reside in.

By contrast, electric boats are superior in nearly every way: not only are they far more reliable and less costly to operate, but they’re also quieter, quicker, and cleaner, with no fumes or pollutants. However, they’ve been held back by both the technology and the talent to make them truly competitive with gas alternatives. That’s Arc’s opportunity.

Using modern, aerospace- and automotive-inspired techniques, we’re building our hulls, batteries, cooling systems, firmware, and software together to deliver the next generation of watercraft.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about our vision, thrives on challenges, and embraces continuous learning. We pride ourselves on transparency and foster a lean, high-trust environment where everyone takes ownership of their domain.

As the Customer Experience Manager of the Market Testing Team, you will be responsible for assessing the viability of various markets by conducting demos and sales events across the United States and Canada. Along the way, you will build lasting relationships with customers, close high-value sales, and generate enthusiasm for the Arc brand.

You will work closely with industry stakeholders and partners to expand our presence while managing the logistics of touring through multiple cities and states. As part of Arc, you’ll not only help shape the company’s growth strategy but also set the standard for the emerging electric boat industry.

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads.
  • Lead boat demos 4–5 days per week, providing an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Respond to new demo requests and reservations quickly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and industry professionals to expand Arc’s reach.
  • Plan and execute local and out-of-state demo tours, sales events, boat deliveries, and associated travel.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and close high-ticket sales.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60–70% of the time.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions in dynamic situations.
  • A resourceful, problem-solving mindset for handling on-the-spot challenges.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting the broader Arc sales team when ad hoc assistance is needed.

At Arc, we encourage diversity and consider all qualified applicants equally for employment, regardless of background, identity, or status. If you don’t meet every qualification listed, we still encourage you to apply—passion and aptitude make up for a lot.
