Every idea starts with a problem. Ours was simple: Boats are special but they’re loud, pollutant, unreliable, and stuck in the past. Gas-powered boats dominate not because they’re great, but because no better option has existed. Until now.
Arc is here to change that. We’re building 100% electric boats from the ground up — quicker, quieter, easier to maintain, and better for the water they ride on. We’re not just swapping gas for batteries. We’re rethinking every detail on the boat, from propulsion and powertrain to software and ownership model, applying first-principles engineering from aerospace and EVs to deliver a better boating experience.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s fired up by our mission and ready to build. You’ll thrive here if you adapt quickly, take ownership, and care about the details.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with a lean, high-trust team where everyone’s work matters.
Core Responsibilities
- Defining and owning full-funnel growth metrics—from lead acquisition through customer activation and retention.
- Managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic) with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Identifying high-potential audiences and geographies, then finding smart, scalable ways to reach them.
- Designing and running experiments across messaging, landing pages, nurture flows, and demo programs to improve conversion.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Product Marketing to ensure growth is integrated across digital, events, and owned channels.
- Building and iterating scalable systems for lead generation, tracking, and conversion in CRM and beyond.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven track record leading performance marketing at a fast-growing consumer brand or agency.
- Deep familiarity with key growth metrics (CAC, CPL, CPA) and the tools to track them.
- Strong creative sensibility — able to collaborate with designers and brand marketers to translate brand into growth.
- Scrappy and resourceful—comfortable building growth infrastructure from zero in a startup environment.
- Equally confident presenting a strategic roadmap and rolling up sleeves to execute it.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience scaling growth at an early-stage company or fast-moving consumer brand
- Background in EVs, outdoor gear, premium lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
- Comfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable pace
- Enthusiasm for boating and the water
