Are you a skilled problem-solver looking for an exciting challenge? Beekeeper is seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and assist our end-users mostly consisting of critical Frontline Workers! As a Product Support Engineer, you'll solve escalated issues, perform advanced troubleshooting, and contribute to technical knowledge within the support team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Solve issues escalated from Level 1 Support.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting on Beekeeper’s Frontline Success System.
  • Prepare an environment to reproduce customer issues for our technical teams.
  • Contribute and build technical knowledge within the support team by providing training for new tooling, processes or product-specific features.
  • Leverage technical tooling and playbooks co-created with engineering to resolve recurring service issues.
  • Identify technical or process improvements to our Support Environment.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation to provide after-hours support.
  • Provide World-Class technical support to our end-users.

  • I'm customer-focused: As a Support Engineer, I interact with customers daily, providing technical expertise and solutions to their problems.
  • I'm tech-savvy: I have a diverse skill set that includes Java, Python & SQL, Android and iOS proficiency, and experience debugging mobile apps.
  • I'm fluent in English: This is a must-have skill for me as a Support Engineer.
  • I'm solution-oriented: I have a 'can-do' attitude and am motivated to solve complex technical issues.
  • I have tooling knowledge: I work with technologies such as AWS, GCP, Kibana, Sentry, Docker, Kubernetes to provide solutions for customers.
  • I have excellent problem-solving skills: I'm able to think on my feet and quickly troubleshoot technical issues.
  • I have strong communication skills: I communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders as a Support Engineer.

Bonus Points

  • Min. 3 years of experience working in a similar role in an international software (SaaS, 20M+) company, preferably within a mobile first technology environment.
  • BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar.
  • Basic understanding of the German language.
