As a Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in managing sales commissions and optimizing Sales Operations. You'll be the trusted go-to expert for commission accuracy and process efficiency-helping our GTM teams perform at their best, specially the Customer Success Teams. If you love working with data, tools, and cross-functional teams while ensuring smooth execution, this role is for you!

*Missions*
🚀 Sales Commissions & Compensation

  • Execute accurate commission calculations for more than 100 sales representatives, ensure appropriate settings in our commissions management tool, and maintain up-to-date quota attainment records.

  • Manage commission contracts and be the first point of contact for sales team inquiries.

  • Support the design and rollout of annual compensation plans in collaboration with Sales Leadership and our Legal department.

  • Calculate attainment, Attainment/OTE ratios, etc.

🔄 Sales Operations & Process Optimization (focus on customer success opps)

  • Design, refine, and manage operational workflows across Sales teams and Customer Success teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to GTM teams, ensuring smooth adoption of tools and processes.

  • Implement AI with functional use cases that the sales teams can take advantage of.

  • Work closely with Customer Success stakeholders to define, measure, and report on key performance indicators that align with business goals.

  • Manage the execution of key sales global meetings.

*Skills*

✔️ 2+ years of experience in either Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role, with a track record of driving efficiency and impact.
✔️ Hands-on expertise with SaaS CRM systems and understanding of the B2B SaaS tech stack. We use Planhat and Salesforce.
✔️ Advanced Google Sheets (or Excel) skills, you are comfortable with working with functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, FILTER, IF, and Pivot Tables

✔️ Presentation and slide skills, you are comfortable with providing a clean presentation of your analysis (either in gsheets or slides) and presenting it to stakeholders.
✔️ A sharp analytical mindset, ensuring data accuracy and delivering insights that drive informed decisions.
✔️ Exceptional organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges.
✔️ Adaptability in fast-paced environments, responding quickly to shifting priorities and acting with urgency to drive results.
✔️ A collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional settings and working seamlessly with other teams to create impact.
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, enabling you to influence and collaborate effectively.
✔️ Fluent in English.

✨ Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)

✔️ Experience designing or managing SaaS B2B sales compensation plans and using commission management tools like Spiff.
✔️ Expertise in reporting and managing customer success operations.
✔️ Familiarity with Planhat or other Customer Success Management platforms.
✔️ Proficiency with advanced Google Sheets functions, including QUERY, REGEX, and ARRAY.
