CPI Indonesia team is actively searching for a dedicated Finance and Grants Officer to support their busy and growing team. Under the supervision of the Director, the Finance and Grants Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the foundation in Indonesia, with a primary focus on ensuring compliance with local tax and accounting requirements, as well as maintaining robust internal controls. Assisting the Executive Director in managing the financial aspect of the grants and contracts for services, the role will work closely with the operations officer in managing payroll, payments, and provide accurate financial information to headquarters. The Grants and Finance Officer will collaborate closely with CPI’s US headquarters financial team to manage financial risks, develop, and implement financial strategies, and provide support to program staff in financial matters contributing significantly to the success of CPI Indonesia’s success.

The role will oversee the below areas:

• Financial Management (40%)
• Compliance (10%)
• Grants and audit oversight (50%)
