Job Description

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our Software Implementation team. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful deployments of our software product with clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the system, be able to troubleshoot and analyze problems, and work collaboratively with configuration engineers to implement effective solutions This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, diving deep into system behavior and data, and working collaboratively to ensure smooth client implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Software Implementation & Client Engagement:

Work closely with clients and internal teams to implement our software product efficiently.

Understand client-specific requirements and ensure configurations align with their business needs.

● Problem Analysis & Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve complex system issues by analyzing data, system functionalities, and configurations.

Correlate system behaviors with underlying data to identify root causes.

Investigate issues from multiple angles, including software implementation, configurations, and client-specific customizations.

Work with configuration engineers and development teams to recommend and implement necessary fixes.

● System Expertise & Customization Support:

Gain deep knowledge of the system to provide expert guidance on configurations and enhancements.

Analyze code-level implementations when necessary to understand software behavior, though the role is not focused on hardcore coding.

Support client-specific customizations to ensure seamless functionality and performance.

● Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

Partner with software implementation, product, and engineering teams to enhance system deployment and issue resolution.

Provide insights on product improvements based on real-world client implementations.

Document troubleshooting methodologies and best practices to optimize future implementations.

Skills & Qualifications:

● Strong experience in software implementation and troubleshooting enterprise software.

● Ability to analyze system data and correlate it with functional behaviors.

● Familiarity with software architecture, system configurations, and integrations.

● Understanding of coding principles (without the need for extensive development work).

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Requirements:

Technical Abilities:

● 5+ years of experience in software implementation, solution architecture, or technical consulting.

● Strong understanding of software systems, configurations, and enterprise software deployments.

● Experience in troubleshooting complex system issues, including analyzing logs, data, and system behaviors.

● Proficiency in data analysis to identify correlations between system behavior and underlying data.

● Ability to review and understand code implementation (though not a primary coding role).

● Familiarity with databases, SQL queries, and debugging techniques for troubleshooting data-related issues.

● Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware is a plus.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Abilities:

● Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of system issues and recommend effective solutions.

● Ability to connect system functionalities with data behaviors and troubleshoot accordingly.

● Comfortable working with client-specific customizations and configurations.

Collaboration & Communication:

● Ability to work cross-functionally with implementation teams, configuration engineers, and development teams.

● Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

● Experience documenting troubleshooting steps, findings, and recommendations for internal and client use.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

● Experience working in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Enterprise Software Implementation.

● Exposure to cloud-based solutions, SaaS platforms, and enterprise IT environments.

● Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
