How You Fit In
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to head a cross-functional team in implementing and
configuring our product solutions for enterprise-level clients. This role demands extensive technical
leadership, people management, and project ownership skills, ensuring thorough quality checks and
leading innovative approaches (e.g., GenAI, automation) to streamline delivery. You’ll collaborate
closely with internal engineering, R&D, QA, and support teams, receiving high-level, outcome-based
requirements from our Technical Program Managers.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Team Management
● Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers and project leads, ensuring a high standard
of performance, engagement, and professional growth.
● Develop and optimize team structures, resource planning, and talent development strategies
to scale delivery capabilities.
● Foster a culture that values ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Senior-Level Project Delivery
● Translate complex, outcome-driven requirements from Technical Program Managers into
comprehensive project roadmaps and execution plans.
● Oversee multiple, concurrent implementation projects—coordinating internal teams to
ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality releases.
● Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively with senior stakeholders
and leadership.
Quality Assurance & Release Management
● Establish and uphold rigorous quality controls, encompassing functionality, data integrity,
performance, and user acceptance criteria.
● Work with QA resources (matrixed or dedicated) to align on testing strategies, automation
frameworks, and release protocols.
● Drive continuous improvement in release readiness processes and performance metrics.
Technical Innovation & Problem-Solving
● Provide deep-dive technical guidance, from code-level debugging to data-level analysis,
empowering the team to solve complex challenges.
● Collaborate with R&D to integrate new product features seamlessly, ensuring reliable
configurations for enterprise-scale use cases.
● Champion the introduction and application of cutting-edge tools—including GenAI—to
automate, optimize, and simplify implementation workflows.
Process Optimization & Automation
● Identify and implement strategic improvements to reduce manual effort, boost delivery
speed, and maintain consistent quality across projects.
● Promote documentation, best practices, and standardized procedures to drive efficiency and
scalability.
● Leverage metrics, analytics, and user feedback to iterate on processes and evolve
best-in-class delivery methodologies.
Requirements:
Experience & Education
● 10+ years of experience in software delivery, implementation, or technical program/project
management, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
● Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in fast-paced or
enterprise environments.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree
(MBA, MS) is a plus.
Technical Expertise
● Demonstrated proficiency in software configuration, integration APIs, data pipelines,
debugging, and system performance optimization.
● Hands-on experience tackling complex technical issues at both application and data levels.
● Familiarity with automation frameworks, DevOps practices, and emerging technologies (e.g.,
GenAI).
Leadership & Communication
● Strong background in leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams, including
architects, senior developers, and QA leads.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of interfacing with
executive-level audiences.
● Adept at guiding cross-functional groups toward common goals and managing change in a
dynamic environment.
