Job Description:

Job Purpose

Role of Sales Operations Manager at bp Castrol involves leading sales operations teams organizations to stably maintain the various services associated with supplying and trading products to customers, helping the sales department achieve its top-line goals, and driving the achievement of the company's annual budget of sales volume and GM.

Also, measuring their effectiveness through sales deduction and trade loan management, support the development of sales activities that match our sales strategy, increase our added value, and support the growth of earnings.

As part of these role, it is including responsible for monitoring entire sales activities, including their financial status of business.

Key Accountabilities

Organize annual sales targets and contribute to achieving sales targets through actual sales management according to each sales channel and each sales category. Support the smooth operation of individual business cases and sales activities by promoting business strategies, overseeing transaction contracts, customer information, and sales prices in cooperation with each branch manager and general sales manager. Establish and operate an efficient and sustainable rebate management system and pursue the realization of more cost-effective rebate measures. Regularly monitor the sales volume, revenue, and gross profit of each customer, and provide recommendations for enhancing profitability as needed. Aiming maximizes cost-effectiveness of Trade Loan investment by continuously tracking pre-investment screening and post-investment contract volume and depreciation for investment projects using Trade Loans and suggesting effective actions for optimization as necessary.

Education

A degree level education, ideally with a business focus. Further formal education in business, finance and/or marketing would be advantageous.

Experience

Have minimum of 5 years of sales planning, strategic planning or executive support experience with proven sales planning skills and talent, ideally in consumer product area.
Have experience which directs and manages an organization or equal to or near experience/expertise.

Be able to work well under sustained pressure with conflicting demands, optimizing resources and responding to fast changing circumstances.
Be a strategic thinker, combined with a bias for action and practical operational skills.
Be able to deal swiftly with a wide range of major and minor issues, in a wide variety of contexts with clear prioritization.
Have an excellent business sense, with a strong understanding of a P&L and financial metrics.
Be culturally flexible and aware of both commonalities and differences between local and global markets and operations.
Have an excellent interpersonal, engagement and networking skills, and able to lead and coach others in creative thinking.
Have a strong communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
Moderate communication in English is needed, in addition to a fluency of the local language.
