With a bold vision to electrify 100% of new well pads using grid power, we are expanding and enhancing our distribution system to meet future demands.
We are seeking a Power Infrastructure Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of multiple high-impact projects across the electrical value chain—generation, transmission, and distribution. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of approximately $60 million in annual midstream projects, with an additional $10–$20 million in cross-functional initiatives, plus oversight of large-scale, multi-year capital projects.

- At least 3 years of experience in oil and gas facilities (preferred).
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with Procore (preferred).
- Strong understanding of area classification requirements and electrical system design.
- Experience with power system tools such as ETAP or SKM (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with electrical system installation and commissioning.
- Willingness to travel and stay on-site as needed to ensure project success.
