The Supply Coordinator is responsible for managing fuel supply relationships including contracts or other agreements, which are essential for the delivery of fuels across Poland. The role ensures fuels are available for respective Channels of Trade at optimal cost, on time and sustainably. The role is pivotal for bp’s transition toward improved integrated fuel value chain by integrating hydrocarbons with bio and e-fuels from local and global perspective.

Approximately 30% travel is expected.

In this role You will:

  • Manage relationships with fuel supply and logistical partners, prepare and maintain agreements, secure ideal matching between operational reality and ERP systems.

  • Coordinate fuel deliveries via rail and road, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Forecast and back-cast supply performance; prepare reports using Excel and Power BI.

  • Respond to emergencies and maintain availability for business partners.

  • Support process optimization and simplification initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal partners across “Supply, Trading and Shipping” and “Customers and Products”.

  • Secure optimal fuel supply operations.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

  • Deliver performance insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment:

Dynamic and fast-paced, with 70% focused on operational execution and 30% on development and optimization projects.

What You will need to be successful:

  • Master’s degree in economics or engineering

  • Strong command of English

  • Fluency in Polish

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel

  • Power BI knowledge is an advantage

  • 3+ years relevant experience in at least one of the following areas:

    • rail logistics or road / truck transport

    • fuel supply: contract management or fuel midstream operations / fuel distribution

    • fuel regulatory frameworks including taxation

  • Agile attitude and hands-on business approach

  • Preference for teamwork

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and mathematical skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
