Join our Team and advance your career as a Marketing Manager - Poland.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be part of the M&C Poland Leadership Team. You will work closely with C&P Marketing Networks of Excellence and offshore BTC’s, inputting relevant local market insights. You will then lead the adaptation and development of the omnichannel CX and marketing communication plans for your specific market, ensuring they meet global and regional guidelines and effectively supply to the region’s P&L performance. Working closely with Sales & Operations teams, you will lead in-market execution efforts, engage local collaborators and respond dynamically to performance data and market changes, to help achieve your region’s marketing and business objectives, on time, in budget.
In this role You will:
- Understand local context, customer insights & growth opportunities (with support from I&I NoE, Hub & Sales).
- Provide input into the development of globally relevant strategies and plans, with local market and customer insight.
- Defining country marketing objectives supporting annual financial targets, and Sales/ GM objectives.
- Working with NoEs, Sales, the Hub, local agencies and other in-market teams, lead the improvement of omnichannel CX & marcomms plans for local customer archetypes that build brand advocacy, deliver marketing objectives and achieve business goals
- Define local brand strategies, applying global toolkits, offers and assets.
- Take ownership for the successful execution of the local plans, utilising your local market team and the Hub to deliver a flawless, joined-up customer experience.
- Manage budgets for the country.
- Engage with just the priority collaborators, including country business and marketing leaders, sponsors, partners, agencies, and SMEs.
- Supervise performance data, implement continuous improvement measures, and react quickly to in-market changes to boost performance.
- Champion the local market within the region during the annual marketing cycle, ensuring it is represented in the setting and evolving of objectives and budgets.
- Responsible for delivering and implementing a marketing plan that achieves critical metrics of optimising MROI, meeting or exceeding key P&L metrics, delivering customer satisfaction and driving consistent brand health growth.
What You will need to be successful:
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within a medium-sized market or regional setting, preferably in a multi-national matrix organisation.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy & planning, customer insights, product and offer development and omnichannel marketing.
- Ability to adapt global or regional strategies to local market needs and deliver impactful results.
- Validated skills in customer engagement and budget management, including being part of a senior leadership team.
- Analytical attitude with experience using performance data to optimise campaigns.
- Strong project management skills combined with a customer-focused approach that consistently prioritises the customer while delivering long-term business impact.
- Shown business insight and digital expertise to drive innovation and strategic decision-making.
