Let me tell you about the role
As a Core Application Products Enablement Engineer, you will support the development, maintenance, and operation of the software solutions, infrastructure, and services that power our technology platforms. In this role, you will work closely with other engineers to help ensure that digital solutions are available, scalable, and secure. You will contribute to automating routine tasks, improving performance, and providing technical support across teams.
What you will deliver
Contribute to platform engineering efforts to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
Assist in the integration of platform capabilities with enterprise IT systems and services.
Support the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools and workflows.
Help monitor system health and contribute to disaster recovery and resilience planning.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure platform solutions support business outcomes.
Participate in technical discussions related to system reliability, automation, and security improvements!
Support documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of internal services.
What you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications)
Technical skills we need from you
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Proficient in TypeScript, C#, and Python; comfortable working across platforms.
2–4 years of experience in platform, site reliability, or cloud operations roles.
Familiarity with Agile workflows and basic IT service management principles.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK, Azure Bicep).
Understanding of distributed systems, networking, and core cloud infrastructure components.
Essential skills
Familiarity with designing and supporting highly available and resilient systems.
Understanding of reliability engineering concepts, incident response, and recovery planning.
Experience using or contributing to infrastructure automation and monitoring tools.
Working knowledge of cloud networking, storage, compute, and identity management.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to platform improvement efforts.
Skills that set you apart
Experience supporting systems in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
Awareness of product-focused engineering—balancing technical execution with user and operational outcomes.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to evolving tools and technologies, and take ownership of assigned work.
