Job Description – Sales Operations & Planning Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the growth role by driving revenue growth through analyzing data.

• Independently work on projects that execute growth strategies of the category.

• Define, track, and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters for the category and present insights to make data-driven business decisions.

• Management of an end-to-end incentive program for the Sales team.

• Building an SOP and ensuring its adherence to timeline and ownership.

• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales goals, quotas, and territories.

• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.

• Manage and optimize the use of sales tools and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to align on business objectives and drive sales initiatives.

• Identify and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions to make informed recommendations.

• Support the sales team in proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance overall sales operations.

Qualification Must have

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar profile.

• MBA/master’s in finance.

• In office requirements, the candidate should be comfortable working from the office.

• Great communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate across cultural and experience levels, internal & and external.

• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extract insights from data.
