About Bolt.Earth

At Bolt.Earth, we want to help emerging markets fulfil the unique needs of EV ecosystems with higher densities of 2- and 3-wheeled EVs. We also aim to address the challenges associated with little or poor-quality infrastructure. To do that, we’ve created the world’s largest EV charging infrastructure and an advanced OS for electric vehicles, tailored for these markets. Bolt.Earth was founded in 2017 by Mohit Yadav and Jyotiranjan Harichandan with the aim of making EVs more accessible to everyone.

Note :

  • Preferred candidates are from EV/Automobile, FMCG, or FMCD.
  • Work experience in Channel/ Distribution sales is mandatory.
  • The base Location will be Kolkata, and market experience of Kolkata is preferred.

Key Result Areas:

• Appoint Distributor and Dealer/Retailer partners and grow distribution in the assigned geography.

• Deliver volume & revenue sales targets.

• Branding Accountability through the extensive placement of live demo devices, marketing collaterals, and In-shop Bolt.Earth display zones

• Own the P&L for the city operations.

Requirement:

• 3+ years of experience in field sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience in Channel/ Distribution sales.

• Preferred candidates from EV/Automobile, FMCG or FMCD.

• Self-motivated, ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Ability to take initiative, develop executive plans, and develop strategies in the assigned territory.

• Attention to detail and accuracy should be a critical thinker and a problem-solver.

• Should be able to deliver basic product training & sales pitch to Distributors and Dealer partners. • Good communication skills in English and local language.

• Should be able to grasp product & technical knowledge.

• Can interpret & construct performance reports.
