Responsibilities:

• Hardcore Operations of Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash process

• Raising Sales Orders, Invoices as per Purchase Orders received

• Collection Follow-up

• Preparation of Ageing Report

• Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and Ad-hoc Reports.

• Accounting of all Accounts Receivable including Receipts transactions

• Should be able to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire Accounts Receivable process.

Requirements:

• 1-3 Years of Work Experience as an Accounts Executive - Accounts Receivable

• Candidate should be a B.Com, or any Post Graduation

• Start-up (B2B, D2C Platform) experience would be preferable.

• Experience with General Ledger functions and the month end/year end close process.

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Ability to accurately process numerical data.

• Hands-on experience in Zoho Books and working knowledge of Zoho Inventory.

• Knowledge of GST and TDS • Good Communication Skills

• M S Office Skills

• Open to work on Ad-hoc Request
