Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic and talented Content Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, excelling in creating engaging content for various platforms. This individual will be crucial in shaping our brand narrative, crafting compelling marketing campaigns, and producing high-quality content that drives engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content: Develop and execute a robust social media strategy, creating engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and drives interaction across platforms.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Craft compelling ad copies and campaign content that captivate our target audience and drive conversions and leads.
  • Product collaterals: Design and write content for brochures, flyers, and other print materials to effectively communicate our offerings and values.
  • Blogs: Produce insightful and informative blogs that establish Bolt.Earth as a thought leader in the EV charging space.
  • Email Marketing: Draft persuasive and engaging emails to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote our products and services.
  • Data-Driven Content: Utilize data-driven insights to create content that resonates with our audience and meets our marketing goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and impactful content across all channels.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the technology or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in developing successful social media campaigns and engaging content.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences.
  • Experience with data analysis and using insights to inform content strategy.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability is a plus.
