About the role

You will get an opportunity to shape your future in an emerging EV tech company focused on aiding EV adoption. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision and, possess a high degree of problem-solving skills. Operating in a rapidly evolving environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new, and challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and nurture potent partnerships to build a reliable charging network in Mumbai City and the nearby region.
• Represent Bolt in crucial industry events & liaison with Govt., Discoms & other key stakeholders in the EV ecosystem.
• Own the revenue & network growth metrics for the city/region.
• Lead a sales team specialised in real estate, builders, channel, and network acquisitions. Adopt a data-driven approach to assess performance and ROI and improve the approach.
• Own the P&L for the city operations.
• Cross-functional coordination with different teams.
• Keeping an eye on the region’s competitive landscape and involved in strategic initiatives accordingly.

Key Requirements

• 4 -10 years of demonstrated experience in B2B Sales.
• Experience in EV/Electric vehicle Charging or Charging stations is a must.
• Willingness to travel extensively within a city/region.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of technology and business.
