Responsibilities:

1. Hardcore operations of Accounts payables
2. Work according to the objectives of the accounts Payable function that align with the accounting department's goals.
3. Processing of bills, domestic and forex payments
4. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports.
5. Organize records of bills and payments
6. Ensure to follow the accounting principles

Requirements:

1. 1 to 3 years of work experience as an Accounts Payable Executive
2. Candidate should be a B Com / M Com / MBA finance / CA Inter
3. Start-up (B2B, D2C, Platform) experience would be preferable.
4. Experience with general ledger functions and the month end / year end close process.
5. Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
6. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.
7. Ability to accurately process numerical data.
8. Problem-solving attitude and interpersonal skills
9. Hands-on experience in Zoho Books and working knowledge of Zoho inventory.
10. Excellent M S office skills
11. Should be able to communicate to other departments.
12. Working knowledge of GST, TCS & TDS
