About Bolt.Earth

Bolt.Earth is India’s largest EV charging network with 35K+ charging points across 1,500+ cities in India, serving 185K+ active EV users. Operating as a peer-to-peer, distributed charging network, Bolt.Earth caters to 2, 3, & 4W-EVs, accommodating both standard and fast charging requirements.

Note: Candidates with EV backgrounds are only preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand the Level 1/ 2/ 3 charging for 2W/3W/4W business model, product portfolio, and industry landscape.

2. Build, develop & nurture a pipeline of potential investors for building a reliable fast-charging network across India.

3. Onboard New dealers and clients to generate revenue.

4. Adopt a data-driven approach to assess performance and RoI and improve the approach.

5. Keep an eye on the region’s competitive landscape and be involved in strategic initiatives accordingly.

Key Requirements:

1. 3-7 years of demonstrated experience in sales/ Business Development.

2. Candidates with experience in EV industry will be preferred.

3. Self-starter with a willingness to take initiative and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and project ownership.

4. Hands-on experience in Fleet management.

5. Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Strong understanding of technology and business
