Position: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Bengaluru

Team: Data Science

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can convert data into insights and insights into action. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and strong communication skills to work cross-functionally and ensure data-driven decision-making across teams.

The ideal candidate will be adept at SQL, Python and have the keen ability to define requirements, track, measure, and drive business impact through data insights.

• Partner with business leaders to model growth scenarios, identify bottlenecks, and support annual/quarterly planning processes.

• Diagnose inefficiencies in processes (sales funnel, operations, supply chain) and propose scalable data-backed solutions.

• Design and analyze A/B tests, evaluate pilots, and measure success metrics for new initiatives.

• Build dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and performance indicators.

• Present findings in a structured, data-driven, easy to understand manner to stakeholders across different teams.

• Work closely with product, operations, tech, sales, marketing, and other teams to translate insights into business actions.

• Ensure seamless integration of data products with existing systems and workflows.

• Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure execution of recommended actions.

• Measure and report the impact of implemented actions to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data accessibility and accuracy.

• 3-5 years of experience in data/product analytics

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities & drive projects independently with strong ownership skills

• Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and drive execution

• Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams effectively

• Good knowledge of the current AI Agentic tools to drive efficiencies

• Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical modeling, or forecasting techniques

• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions)

• Proficiency in Python – should be able to manipulate & visualize data

• Experience with Data Visualization/ Business Intelligence tools
