What you will be doing

This is an exciting time to join Breathe. Having proven the value of our products in both the automotive and consumer electronics spaces. We are entering a rapid scaling phase and we are looking for an individual to enable our founders to remain laser-focussed on high priority topics. You will gain a broad understanding of the business, enabling you to act as a funnel, ensuring that administration is handled with minimal involvement, the right information reaches them at the right time and all stakeholders feel respected and supported.

Your day to day

• Actively manage both our founders' calendars according to their individual responsibilities and preferences
• Filter and categorise email correspondence for our CEO according to sender categories
• Hosting office visitors and providing support to founders during meetings where required
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience
• Act as a bridge between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication

Your background

• Previous PA or EA experience supporting CEOs, Founders

• Proven exceptional organisational, prioritisation and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proven experience working cross functionally in a kind and conscientious manner
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
