Purpose Driven Position
In collaboration with the Senior Director of Global Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing CarbonCure's Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and multi-channel demand generation programs. In this role, your goal is to drive high-quality leads and ensure we exceed our pipeline and revenue targets for both our technology and carbon credit sales programs.
Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, your primary focus will be to generate marketing-sourced and influenced revenue through cohesive and integrated inbound and outbound campaigns, effective lead nurturing, a robust marketing technology stack, and expert enablement for sales, business operations, and customer success.
Our preferred location for this role is in proximity to our headquarters in Dartmouth, NS. However, we welcome applications from candidates across North America, as remote work is an option.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business and regional technology sales goals.
- Develop and execute targeted demand generation campaigns aimed at attracting carbon credit buyers, including brokers and sustainability officers.
- Design multi-channel, multi-touch (digital ads, social media, email marketing, events, direct mail, web and webinars, etc.) demand generation programs to drive awareness, engagement and conversion of our ideal customer profile (ICP) in specific regions across the concrete producer market.
- Collaborate with the carbon credit team to design and implement multi-channel lead generation programs (such as webinars, events, digital campaigns, direct outreach, and partnerships) that expand CarbonCure’s reach within the voluntary carbon market.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the carbon credit and construction market to identify new lead sources and inform campaign adjustments, maximizing reach and conversion rates.
- Ensure differentiated messaging and value propositions for regional campaigns that target the ICP.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement.
- Identify content requirements for lead generation and nurturing and project manage their creation with effective time & budget management.
- Assist with forecasting, measurement, analysis, and reporting on the impact of marketing performance. Measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend and adjust based on results.
- Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure marketing tasks and workflows.
- Assist with the management of regional events to build experiential strategies and generate leads.
What you need to succeed
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably with enterprise-level programs (including email campaigns, webinars, direct mail, events, advertising, content marketing, social media, etc.).
- Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing best practices and current trends.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and other key stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Experience in account-based marketing is a plus.
- High self-motivation and initiative in sharing information, contributing to group goals, and being accountable for results.
- A proven track record of delivering sales results aligned with marketing objectives.
- Proficient with technology, including web tools (ex. Wordpress), marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (ex. Salesforce.com), and other digital project management tools (such as Confluence, Jira, and Sprout Social),
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with sales teams and leadership on campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize issues, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset to track campaigns, make real-time adjustments, and attribute opportunities to programs.
- Familiarity with the construction and concrete industries and topics related to green building, embodied carbon, and climate change is an asset.
