About the job

As the Sales Development Representative, you will be at the heart of growing Chargetrip’s business. You will work within our experienced Sales team to build new relationships and get leads for our API and No-Code solutions. We have strong product-market fit meaning you will get to sell a high-quality product that companies throughout the e-mobility industry need.

What you’ll be working on

✅ Generate leads through various channels including through Linkedin, email, and phone.

✅ Travel to events to meet new leads.

✅ Qualify and nurture leads for our senior sales team.

✅ Continuously improve the customer experience.

✅ Stay up-to-date with Chargetrip’s product features and releases.

✅ Work with the rest of the sales team to align strategies and share insights.

Responsibilities

✅ Maintain and grow a steady pipeline of new leads.

✅ Become an expert on Chargetrip’s products, features, and use cases.

✅ Ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact through closed deal.

✅ Actively grow your network in the e-mobility industry.

✅ Keep the sales team updated on the statuses and progress of deals.

✅ Maintain detailed and well-organized records in our CRM.

What we are looking for

✅ You’re a people person! You get energy from hanging out with people and love making new connections.

✅ You are confident and comfortable initiating conversations and relationships with new people, both in-person and online.

✅ You have some experience in a business development or sales role.

✅ You know your way around a CRM, ideally with experience in Hubspot.

✅ You’re an excellent written and spoken communicator.

✅ You are a fluent English speaker

Bonus points if…

✅ You have experience in e-mobility

✅ You speak other European languages such as Dutch, French, Spanish, or German
