Clarasight is seeking a high performing Solutions Advisor to join our team and take our current momentum to the next level of growth through the acquisition of and value delivery to new customers. This hybrid role is responsible for the overall success of the customer, pre-sales solutions consulting, implementation management, and customer success management. You will play a crucial role in guiding our customers through their journey from initial interest, through full deployment and ongoing success. We are seeking someone that is committed to helping enterprises close the gap between climate-related intent and action by scaling the client base of the world’s leading Carbon Planning & Intelligence platform.

Must Haves
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within an enterprise SaaS environment
Technical proficiency with highly configurable SaaS platforms, including API integrations, reporting configurations, and data analysis
Experience leading customer success engagements and driving value for multiple clients
Strong project management skills, with ability to manage enterprise implementations
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to configure and analyze SaaS products for customer needs
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Experience working in high growth startups
Nice to Haves
Experience leading upsells, cross-sells, and expansions for an enterprise B2B SaaS product
Experience working directly with a Founder
Experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related fields
Domain proficiency of enterprise planning processes, such as financial planning or sales planning
Domain proficiency of carbon management and familiarity with the complexities and opportunities for emissions reduction
Proven track record in pre-sales, including leading demos and solution design sessions
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and support implementations

Responsibilities
Deeply understand Clarasight's product, value proposition, and competitors to serve as an internal and customer-facing expert in these areas
Lead product demos for a subset of mid-stage prospects, showcasing the value and capabilities of our platform.
Conduct solution design sessions for mid-stage prospects, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Manage the implementation programs for new customers, ensuring timely and successful deployment of our solutions.
Tell compelling stories with data, helping customers and prospects derive value from our product and services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for 5-10 assigned customers, leading their customer success journey.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with users, and executive stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales support and ensure a seamless handover to the implementation team.
Provide ongoing support and training to customers, helping them to fully leverage our platform and achieve their decarbonization goals.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers.
Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform.
