The Mission

Your goal is to break down silos between Marketing and Sales to maximize Consentio's growth across Europe and North America. You will be the conductor of our "Growth Machine" with a hard focus on Sales Operations and Conversion optimization.

Your Core Focus

1. Sales Operations & Enablement (50%)

  • Sales Enablement: Propose, create and maintain sales enablement tools (ROI calculators, sales decks, product comparisons, success stories…).
  • Process & CRM: Administer and optimize HubSpot to ensure data quality and the efficiency of sales workflows and processes.
  • Analytics: Track funnel performance (from lead to signature) and produce regular strategic reporting for management.
  • Outreach: Design multi-channel campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Sequences) to establish Consentio's reputation in Europe and penetrate the US market.

2. Growth & Demand Generation (40%)

  • Inbound Strategy: Lead the production and implementation of high-value content (webinars, white papers) to attract prospects.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Implement nurturing scenarios and conversion triggers to convert leads into demo requests.

3. Digital Marketing & Web (10%)

  • Web Optimization: Manage website evolutions to improve conversion rates (partner pages, customer testimonials).
  • Partnerships: Execute the communication strategy with our strategic partners.

  • 🤖 Automation & No-code: Zapier, n8n, Lovable, AI tools
  • 🌐 Web & Design: Webflow

  • 💬 Communication: Google Suite, Slack

Skills & Qualities We Value

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in Sales Ops, Growth, or RevOps, ideally in B2B SaaS. You thrive at juggling between Sales and Marketing and take no action without thinking on benefits for Sales. A first experience in management is a plus.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset: You speak "data" fluently. Excel and HubSpot have no secrets for you.
  • Copywriting & Content: You know how to write impactful messages that grab a decision-maker's attention in 3 seconds.
  • Tech Stack Versatility: This role requires high adaptability and mastery of multiple technical tools (especially Hubspot, Lemlist or similar, n8n, Zapier, and AI-driven workflows).
  • Multilingual: The ideal candidate speaks very good English, French, and Spanish.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, autonomous, rigorous, results-oriented and humble.
