About This Role:
Crusoe is searching for a seasoned Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering to oversee deployments and manage architecture for our cutting-edge AI data center builds. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing innovative data center solutions that support the ever-growing demands of AI computing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and operations to ensure the successful execution of these projects. A Day in the Life
Oversee the design and execution of advanced electrical systems, including power distribution, high-voltage systems, and renewable energy integration, to support Crusoe’s cutting-edge AI-focused data centers
Manage all stages of electrical projects, from initial design to installation and commissioning, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Conduct load analysis, capacity planning, and energy optimization to meet evolving data center demands, aligning with Crusoe’s sustainability mission
Guarantee that all electrical systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental codes such as NEC and OSHA
Work closely with construction, mechanical, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all project phases
Create and maintain project budgets, timelines, and resource plans, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure efficiency and minimal disruption
You Will Thrive in this Role if:
You have extensive experience designing and implementing electrical systems for large-scale infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, or data centers
You possess deep knowledge of power distribution, high-voltage systems, and renewable energy integration, with proficiency in relevant design and analysis tools
You have a strong understanding of electrical industry standards, safety codes, and environmental regulations, ensuring all systems meet the highest compliance standards

Compensation Range:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $200,000 - $250,000 base salary. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
