About This Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Employee Relations Manager to join our growing team, based in our Dublin office. This is a critical global role responsible for managing and resolving complex employee success matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment across our key international markets. You will serve as the primary ER expert for our operations in Israel, Iceland, and Norway, while also acting as a core generalist HR partner.

This is a fully onsite position, requiring five days a week at our Dublin, IE office.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Employee Relations Management: Lead and manage the full spectrum of employee relation issues, including complex disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management, internal investigations, and conflict resolution across Israel, Iceland, and Norway.
  • Global Compliance: Serve as the subject matter expert on employment law and HR practices for the supported countries (Israel, Iceland, and Norway). Ensure all ER policies and practices are locally compliant and aligned with global standards.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Employee Success Team in the US to ensure consistency in performance management, policy application, and overall employee experience across the supported regions.
  • HR Generalist Support: Leverage strong generalist HR knowledge to advise and support local leadership and HR colleagues on broader HR initiatives, including policy development, training, and change management.
  • Investigations: Conduct thorough, impartial, and confidential investigations into workplace complaints, harassment, and discrimination allegations, providing clear documentation and recommended outcomes.
  • Case Management: Maintain accurate, confidential case management records using ER case management tools, ensuring data integrity and audit-readiness.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify emerging ER risks and trends across supported regions, recommending preventative measures to reduce organizational exposure.


What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in employee success, Human Resources, or a related field, with a significant focus on complex cross-border or international ER matters.
  • Employment Law Expertise: Demonstrable strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory environments, particularly within EMEA/international jurisdictions. Specific experience with labor laws in Israel, Iceland, and Norway is highly desirable.
  • HR Generalist Acumen: Strong generalist HR knowledge, including experience with performance management, compensation, benefits, and talent management principles.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel periodically as needed; 25%
  • Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid as salary or hourly. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
