About the role:
Daupler is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own and elevate our content engine across the full customer lifecycle. This role will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to define and execute a clear, consistent, and compelling narrative that strengthens Daupler’s credibility, accelerates pipeline, and reinforces our leadership in response management for utilities.
This is a high-power hands-on writing role. As Content Marketing Manager, you will be Daupler’s in-house storytelling expert responsible for producing high-quality, customer-facing content across technical RFP submissions, case studies, thought leadership, press releases, and campaign assets. Your work will directly shape how Daupler is perceived in the market and how effectively we engage utilities.
Externally, this role will meaningfully strengthen Daupler’s thought leadership and brand authority. Internally, it will dramatically improve the quality, clarity, and consistency of content used by Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams. Success will be measured not just by output, but by engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.
A typical day may include:
- Own Daupler’s written voice and narrative across all customer-facing content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and credibility.
- Produce high-impact content including RFP responses, case studies, white papers, blog posts, press releases, solution pages, product sheets, webinar content, and conference follow-up materials.
- Translate complex, technical concepts related to utility operations and response management into clear, compelling stories that resonate with buyers and practitioners.
- Support Sales by developing content that drives engagement and conversion across campaigns, webinars, conferences, and outbound efforts.
- Lead customer storytelling efforts, including case studies, testimonials, and customer-led webinars, to strengthen advocacy and proof points.
- Establish standards and workflows to ensure content quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure engagement, conversion, and pipeline impacts.

Your background likely includes:
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing or strategic writing, ideally within the technology or utilities industry
- Bachelor's degree education or equivalent practical experience producing long-form, high-stakes content such as RFP responses, thought leadership, or executive-level materials
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics without losing nuance or credibility
- Curiosity and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, iterating quickly on new ideas
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, product management, client success, and other functions of marketing to achieve results
- Excellent relationship-building skills for working (remotely) with teams in different locations and functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills that can communicate technically complex products in a simple, compelling way
- Data-driven mindset with experience tying content performance to engagement and business outcomes
