We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Process Engineering Manager to join our team in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance yield, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and coordinate with a cross functional team to transfer technology from R&D phase to high volume production. Develop, implement, and sustain processes to enhance yield and to deliver product quality.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements, addressing production and yield issues with counter measurement promptly.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, Foster a culture of continuous improvement to meet product requirements to deliver products.
  • Review and analyze process modules and metrology data to identify trends, troubleshoot non-conforming issues, and implement corrective actions and preventive action.
  • Lead and implement the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, supply chain, equipment engineering, metrology, and quality assurance to drive process improvements and enhance yield.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in process and yield enhancement within the semiconductor industry, with a Bachelor's degree in Optical Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, metrology, and quality control systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, manufacturing execution systems (MES), statistical process control (SPC), and Design of Experiment (DOE).
  • Detail-oriented and data-focused, with a high-quality mindset and experience in Quality Management (FMEA, 8D, MSA, FAI) and statistical software such as JMP and SAS.
  • Extensive experience in fab wafer process equipment, wafer process development, material characterization, and manufacturing, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well with upper management, peers, and people from different cultures. Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
