The Logistics/Warehouse Administrator will ensure parts are available for supporting production. As Diamond Foundry grows, you will perform a wide range of tasks including receiving, material handling, stocking, ERP transactions, packaging, logistics, inventory counts, setting up warehouse shelves/racking/labeling, performing warehouse equipment maintenance, and reporting key metrics.
Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse duties - unpackaging, stocking, part counts, and dunnage removal.
- Plan and create kits per an ERP-generated work order (picking, issuance, tracking, back-filling, etc.)
- Thoroughly receive deliveries and transact into the ERP system to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Execute Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) by utilizing communication, packaging, logistics, and more.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and secure work area.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of warehouse experience including managing inventory accuracy.
- Must be highly organized, attention-to-detail oriented, and proficient in using MS Office Suite (Google Apps a plus).
- Familiarity with customs paperwork
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Ability to lift 22 Kg. Bending, standing, sitting, kneeling, and overhead lifting are required.
