The Development Program Manager will lead the deployment of Electric Era charging stations across all phases of the Site Implementation process from design through construction and into operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of Electric Era’s battery-backed DC fast charging installation program through overall management and oversight of site preparation, feasibility assessments, design engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
  • Accountable for establishing and maintaining overall budgets and schedules and tracking all project costs.
  • Develop, document, and refine project deployment processes, controls and systems to ensure the scalability of the Site Implementation team.
  • Work closely with suppliers & other industry leaders to design, price, and procure all items required to complete the installation of charging sites at scale.
  • Formulate opinions and recommendations based on factual data from the industry. Develop a standard execution model for deployment across site design, planning, procurement, installation, construction and commissioning/launch.
  • Coordinate key project management process to maintain the EV roll out in an efficient and controlled manner.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to Network Operations after commissioning to support industry-leading uptime.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5+ years in Design, Construction, or Project Management of EV Fast Charging sites.
  • Demonstrated background in leading charging network deployment
  • Proven track record in strategic planning of DC Fast Charging deployment across multiple regional processes, AHJS, and utilities.
  • Detailed understanding of the current public fast charging landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills to effectively progress discussions with important stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering
