Lead global Engineering (~30 professionals across Process, Mechanical &amp; Equipment, Electrical, Automation &amp; Controls, Piping &amp; Layout, Drafting). Ensure quality and efficiency of engineering outputs, liaising with Operations, Project Delivery, Product/Technology, Supply Chain, and ELT. Oversee end-to-end engineering workflow, standards, governance, cross-functional coordination, EPC/EPCM support, and continuous improvement. Required: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering; 8+ years in engineering management within EPC/EPCM/energy/industrial plants; fluent in English and Italian; on-site in Milan; international travel. Remuneration: €85,000–€105,000 + bonus and benefits.
