Support maintenance of the first plant in Sardinia; define and update Maintenance Plan (preventive, corrective, predictive); supervise on-site activities; coordinate contractors; manage spares; support predictive maintenance and CMMS implementation; collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, HSE. The role requires regular presence at the Ottana site (approx. three days per week). Requirements: degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy or equivalent experience; hands-on maintenance/site/field experience; data analysis and KPI skills; availability to travel to Sardinia; good English.
