Support end-to-end execution of project financing for LDES assets (debt, equity, tax-driven structures); structure SPVs and security packages; build and maintain integrated project finance models (IRR/MOIC, waterfalls, sensitivities); model revenue structures (tolling, availability, merchant, contracted offtake); support documentation and diligence; align EPC/O&M/offtake with bankability; track financing readiness and reporting.
