Energy Dome is commercializing long-duration energy storage. We are looking for a Process Engineer with strong background in heat & mass balance, thermo-mechanical and heat exchanger calculation to conceptualize, model, and optimize process calculations from proposals through detailed design.Key Responsibilities: • Process simulations for the CO2 Battery; • Execute deliverables (H&MB, pressure drop/hydraulic calcs, Narratives, lists); • Size/develop process equipment (heat exchangers, separators, pumps, safety valves, dryers, vessels); • Support PM and Purchasing for technical alignment and supplier follow-up; • Develop PFDs and P&IDs up to as-built; • Participate in design and safety reviews (Hazid, Hazop, FMEA, SIL); • Technology screening/assessments; • Support experimental test campaigns; • Take care of control system and HMI internal FAT; • Follow Commissioning, Start-up, Performance tests; • Lead Trials and Pilots.Qualifications: • Master’s in Energy Engineering or related; • Experience in H&MB and heat exchanger calcs; • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail; • Team collaboration and clear communication; • Achievement motivation; Planning & organizing; • Familiarity with sustainable engineering practices; • Fluency in English; • Willingness to travel (~20%).Benefits: • Competitive salary and performance bonuses; • Professional development and training; • Inclusive, innovative environment.
