Energy Dome is seeking 3 Project Engineers to support rapid growth: 1 Project Engineer (2–5 years) and 2 Junior Project Engineers (0–2 years). Fluency in English required.Key responsibilities: Plan/manage project phases per schedule/budget/quality; coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders; monitor progress, status, and risks; manage suppliers and contract compliance; support QA (inspections/audits); organize meetings and communications; ensure HSE compliance including site support.Required qualifications: Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Civil/Energy Engineering; experience in energy/oil & gas/industrial plant engineering; read technical drawings and P&IDs; CAD familiarity (AutoCAD/SolidWorks); knowledge of standards (API/ASME/ISO EN); understanding of EPCM/construction/commissioning; strong analytical/organizational/communication; fluent English & Italian.Location: On-site in Milan.Compensation: Project Engineer €40,000–€50,000; Junior Project Engineer €35,000–€40,000; plus benefits (buoni pasto, welfare).
